Length of session: 3 hours, Price £50 per person
All material and tuition is included. This class is suitable for anyone over the age of 12, however under 18’s must be accompanied by a participating adult. Flat, closed toe shoes must be worn, unfortunately without them you will not be able to take part for safety reasons

What does the course cover?
I will begin with a lesson in basic glass cutting. For those who are beginners, don't worry, we will have you cutting sheets of glass with confidence in minutes
I aim to give students a taste of the exciting possibilities in glass fusing, hear and learn about such words as inclusions, frit and stringers while we create a small bowl, a curve or even a hanging and within that time you will also learn more of how glass reacts when heated.
Whatever you chose to make then goes in the Kiln ( a big oven) where the fusing of the glass takes place. Arrangements can be made to either collect the glass or a small price will be included in the cost of the day for postage. If you have ideas of what you want to make please feel free to bring those ideas with you, if you haven’t then I have plenty.
I am also available any day during the week except Tuesdays.
